My business is community. I provide services that restore community. My current program, PaintThis&Build, serves businesses and employers that know the value in team building exercises. Common Respect: our essential workers. Think: Arts &Crafts + Purpose. Arts and crafts with a purpose. Imagine your company’s core values beautifully placed at desks having been hand painted by your employees. Increase in workplace morale increases workplace performance. Happy workers, Happy community, Happy business, Happy legacy. In 2018, I started PaintThis&Chill with the Dekalb Count Public Library System. Together we brought citizens together in neighborhoods around Dekalb county and increased community patronage. I also worked with the Alzheimer’s service centers in Johns creek and Morrow , encouraging engagement and promoting mental stimulation in the elderly communities. This year, In response to Covid19, WhatTheSoulSays launched PaintThis&Build. A program geared toward helping employers who want to build or even restore morale and encourage citizens at work. visit Whatthesoulsays.com or look for us on Groupon. I am Jonessa and WhatTheSoulSays was founded in 2015. However, we didnt meet the public on a customer service level until 2018. From volunteering at children's homes, local churches and selling in local festivals to now serving the community as an activities service provider. My professional history consists of an education in Psychology, and 15+ years Customer Service and Resolution was transformed ,in 2018, to workshops painting visions built from soul searched goals. Until 2020, Dekalb County libraries and other Metro Atlanta community centers, senior centers, schools, and churches offered PaintThis&Chill workshops to the citizens and visitors of the metro Atlanta area. invest in the engine of your business: your community. happy team happy progress happy profits
